Pilu is an illustrator and Graphic Design student at UBA. Born and raised in La Plata, she moved to Buenos Aires City in 2018.
That year marked the start of her illustration journey, experimenting with diverse graphic styles—some editorial, others playful—culminating in her current project: Filatelia Argentina, a series of illustrated stamps celebrating Argentine popular culture and exploring the icons and symbols that define our national identity.
Together with her partner, Jeremías Madrazo, she co-founded Estudio Chinchulín, where they transform illustrations into stickers, t-shirts, prints, and more. They operate from their headquarters in Retiro neighborhood, right across San Martín Plaza.
They also release the annual Índice Café con Dos Medialunas ("Coffee with Two Medialunas Index"), a collaborative survey tracking prices in Buenos Aires, turned into infographics using data crowdsourced from hundreds of users.
