Change Policy
You can change products by visiting our studio in Retiro, CABA, with prior coordination.

We can also manage exchanges through a logistics company. In this case, we must first receive the product you wish to exchange. Once we confirm it is in good condition, we will dispatch the new product to your chosen address or pickup location.

Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered: unused, with its original packaging or wrapping fully intact (if applicable).

If the product is returned incomplete or used, we will contact you to arrange its pickup.

 


Reshipment Policy
If a package is not received at the designated address or picked up from the branch, it will be returned to the sender.

Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you to:

  1. Arrange a reshipment (the cost will be covered by the buyer).

  2. Or coordinate pickup from our studio in Retiro, CABA.
