You choose the amount, and we send you the gift card via email along with a code to redeem on our website or at our studio.

How does it work?

Choose the gift card amount and complete the purchase just like any other product.

In the "Order Notes" field at checkout, let us know what you’d like the code to say—a name, a date, or a message (e.g., "HappyBirthdayFlor," "LoveYouLots"). If you leave it blank, we’ll generate a code for you.

You’ll receive the gift card and redemption code via email within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation.

Forward it to anyone, however you like: via WhatsApp or email, or print it at home if you prefer to hand-deliver it.

How do I use it?

Online at pilardibujito.com: in the shopping cart, there is a field to enter the code. The gift card amount is deducted from the total purchase price.

In person at our Palermo studio: simply show the gift card on your phone.

If the order total exceeds the gift card amount, the difference can be paid using another payment method (card, bank transfer, etc.). If the order total is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance is neither carried over nor refunded—we recommend choosing an amount based on what the recipient is likely to purchase.

Validity

The gift card is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Lost the email with the code?

Email us at [email protected] with the name and date of purchase, and we’ll resend it to you.

Important

This is a 100% digital product; we do not issue physical printed gift cards.

There are no shipping costs.
